Mở Open IV
Copy tất cả các file vào Grand Theft Auto V\mods\x64e.rpf\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Lưu ý phải tìm tên file xe trước có đúng ở đùng dẫn trên không, nếu ko thấy có thể đến đường dẫn dưới để copy vào:

V/mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpgunrunning/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/mpgunrunningvehicles.rpf
Hoặc nếu ko được có thể search file tên của phương tiện để thay thế trên Open IV
